Refunds

• Cancel within 3 business days for a full refund.
• After that, you can ask for a refund of the unused credits from a purchase made on our website at any time, at the price you paid per credit. There is no time limit.
• If your account has no activity for 2 years, we refund the unused credits from your website purchases to your card. We email you 30 days before.
• If you close your account, we refund the unused credits from your website purchases to your card.
• If a member passes away, their family can ask for this refund.
• Free signup credits cannot be refunded. Credits are used in this order: free signup credits first, then the oldest purchase first.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. If that does not work, we send the money by check or bank transfer.

App Store and Google Play purchases follow the store's refund process. We cannot refund them ourselves.

Gift pack: within 3 business days you can cancel for a full refund, even if the recipient already used some credits. Within 30 days of purchase, you can get a full refund if the recipient has not used any credit from it. After that, the credits belong to the recipient. The recipient can ask for a refund of unused credits at any time, at $2.25 per credit, and we refund it to the buyer's card. Automatic refunds (2 years of no activity, or closing the account) also go to the buyer's card.

• Be yourself. Use your real name, your own photos and your own voice.
• Be kind. No threats, harassment, hate, or sexual content without the other person's clear consent.
• Never ask another member for money, gifts, bank details, or passwords, and never send money to someone you met here.
• Do not copy, record or share another member's photos, voice or messages outside Bommajung.
• Do not use Bommajung for business, advertising or to collect members' information.

If you break these rules, we may limit or close your account. You can appeal by writing to appeals@bommajung.com.

I agree to message safety checks.

To protect members from scams and abuse, Bommajung checks messages in your chats, both the messages you send and the messages you receive.

• Automatic checks: computer programs and AI look at text, voice message transcripts, and shared places. Links are always blocked. Phone numbers, emails, and messenger IDs are blocked for the first 7 days of a chat.
• Some messages wait 2 to 5 seconds: if a message has words often used in scams (for example gift card, wire money, Zelle, password, verification code), it is checked before it is delivered, and the other person may see a safety warning.
• People: our staff may read a chat only when it is reported or flagged as a possible safety problem.
• AI providers: we send message text to AI providers that process it for us. They may not use it to train their models, and we choose short or zero storage settings.
• Keeping: messages of an ended chat are deleted 180 days after the chat ends, unless they are needed for a report, a legal request, or a dispute.

Everyone you chat with on Bommajung has agreed to the same checks.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT CHANGES HOW DISPUTES ARE DECIDED. YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT AND HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE YOUR CLAIM, AND YOUR RIGHT TO BE PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

a. Talk to us first. Before starting a claim, send a short letter or email to legal@bommajung.com with your name, your phone number on the account, what happened, and what you want. We will try to solve it within 60 days. We will do the same before we start a claim against you.

b. Arbitration instead of court. If we cannot solve it, you and Destarlink LLC agree that any dispute about Bommajung, these Terms, or your account will be decided by a neutral arbitrator, not by a judge or jury. An arbitrator is a private person who decides the dispute. The arbitrator can give you the same money and individual relief a court could give you. A court can review the decision only in limited ways.

c. Rules and cost. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will run the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (and, if they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules), available at adr.org. For claims of $10,000 or less, we will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous. For larger claims, fees follow the AAA Consumer Rules. The hearing can be by video or phone, or in person in the county where you live.

d. Exceptions. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either side may go to court to stop the misuse of its trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property. Nothing here stops you from reporting a problem to a government agency.

e. No class actions. You and we may bring claims only for ourselves, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, group, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of different people and may give relief only to the person bringing the claim. If a court decides that this paragraph (e) cannot be enforced for a particular claim or remedy (for example, a request for public injunctive relief), then that claim or remedy will be decided by a court, after the individual arbitration is finished, and the rest of this Section still applies.

f. Opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Email legal@bommajung.com with your name, the phone number on your account, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not change anything else in these Terms.

g. Changes. If we change this Section, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the change will not apply to any claim that was already started or that you already told us about.

h. Law. This Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The rest of these Terms is governed by New Jersey law.

i. Severability. If any part of this Section is found unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest will still apply, except as stated in paragraph (e).
